Mediation

An appointment with a mediator (qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice) for family law mediation. All fees are required prior to a mediation appointment can be scheduled and can be paid via credit/debit card online.

2 Hour Family Law Mediation Session

$500

$500 non-refundable fee (each party pays $250 if cost is shared between parties). See cancellation policy below.

4 Hour Family Law Mediation Session

$1000

$1000 non-refundable fee (each party pays $500 if cost is shared between parties . See cancellation policy below.

Final documentation sent to both parties.

After you settle in your mediation session(s), you will be provided with final documentation that you can provide to your attorney for drafting into a legal document for the courts. Documentation is sent via email upon completion of payment.

Cancellation Policy: All fees above are non-refundable as the mediator has set time aside whether you attend your session or not. However, we understand that sometimes there are emergencies. For this reason, if there is an emergency, you are allowed to reschedule within a 2 week time period. Only one reschedule is allowed per family.
